PrEp ME (trailer)
choreographic and vocal performance
PrEp ME is a solo work by Tommaso Petrolo that traces an intimate and autobiographical journey into prevention, sexuality, and identity within the LGBTQ+ community. The performance unfolds as a personal ritual — a space where memory, trauma, and desire can be revisited and reframed through the body.
At the core of the piece lies a search for authenticity, a place where mind and flesh meet to expose contradictions and reclaim presence. Through voice, movement, and physical transformation, PrEp ME embodies a shifting self — seductive, fragile, and unapologetically human.
The work emerges as a declaration of vulnerability, revealing a queer body in flux.
“PrEp ME showcased a brave and stunning technical performer dig deep inside an individual journey through the reality and issues of the LGBTQ+ community.”
